Dr. Kevin Butterfield is an Indiana Board licensed Chiropractic Physician.
Being the son of a neurosurgeon, I was taught at a young age that, in surgery, you have to “go through” a lot of good parts to get to the bad parts. My father also taught me you weren’t born with any “spare parts” and to try to take care of the good parts you have, and they should last a lifetime. I took heed to my father’s advice and was determined to keep people healthy by using my hands instead of a scalpel.
After serving a tour of duty in Germany in the mid-80’s, I decided to attend chiropractic college in California. Palmer College of Chiropractic was the place for me. After my internship in Clearwater Florida, I moved to the Midwest to be closer to my family. I opened my office in Connersville in February 1997 and never looked back.
I am enrolled in a three-year intensive diplomat program in Chiropractic Pediatrics to help me better treat the littlest of patients. I also will be using neuro-feedback/Biofeedback soon, which has shown promising results for kids and adults battling ADHD/ OCD.
I have 7-year old twins (Boy-Girl) and a 9-year old boy. I love to race cars and have also been in a few movies as an extra and am behind organizing the annual “Winged Warrior Speed Challenge”, which pits imports/ domestic cars in a series of racing events. All proceeds go to Riley Hospital Cheer Guild, to help the children in the hospital.
